The check-in process was a major hassle!!! No on-site staff available to address concerns!!! A complete lack of soundproofing made for a sleepless night!!! Heating systems need checks as they were not operational!!!

Loved how central the place was! We were super close to all the sights, and the staff helped us with our bags and gave us great tips. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heat. Only thing was the shower could've had better water pressure. breakfast at the nearby café was delicious!

We stayed in a spacious triple room with our little ones, and the convenient kitchen area was a lifesaver for quick snacks. The location near Piazza San Marco is perfect for exploring, and we enjoyed being in a quiet spot at night.

amazing location right near all the main sights, our room was super spacious and had beautiful venetian decor. the bed was comfy, and it was nice and quiet at night. we loved being close to this cute little bakery that had the best croissants and cappuccinos for breakfast. also, we got to check in our bags early and explore, which was a huge plus.

the shower was a bit slippery with no mat, and it could be dangerous. also, the dog from the neighboring building barked all day and night, which was super annoying.

Only downside was there was some noise from other guests, but overall, it was a great spot to relax after exploring Venice.

The room at La Locandiera Bed & Breakfast was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, featuring a private kitchen which was convenient for quick meals. The view from the window overlooking a little canal added charm to the stay. The staff were prompt in communication regarding check-in, arranging to meet upon arrival. Its proximity to a lovely square with multiple dining options and only a short walk from St Marks Square was a significant benefit.
